Find your next move
Move crates along their tracks, pull pins, and switch mechanisms before tapping GO. The dotted route shows where Pip will travel.
- HINT suggests a useful next action.
- UNDO takes back your last setup move.
- RESTART resets the current room.
- The book button opens the illustrated library. The ? button explains the current room.
There is no timer. Stars reward fewer moves; a successful rescue opens the next level.
Your saved progress
Progress and settings are stored on your device. The game keeps local recovery copies to help protect saves. Reset Progress starts a new active save; it does not erase every recovery copy.
The game does not provide a player account or an online progress-sync service. Deleting the app may remove its local progress.
Age choices and optional ads
The game welcomes children, teens, and adults. At each fresh launch, it asks you to choose an age group or skip the question. The answer applies only while the app is running and is not saved.
Advertising stays off for players younger than 18 and anyone who skips the question. Every player can access the full game, including hints, undo, restart, and retry.
For eligible adults, applicable privacy choices must allow advertising before ads can be requested. A completed optional rewarded ad gives one helpful setup move; occasional full-screen ads appear between successful rescues. An unavailable ad never blocks the next puzzle.
Current pre-release builds use test ads; production advertising is not enabled.
Report an ad or a game problem
Use an ad’s information or reporting control when available. Once the support contact is available, adult players and parents or guardians can contact the Rescue Route developer with the advertiser’s name, the time it appeared, the device model, and a brief description of the problem.
For a game problem, include the level number and what happened. A parent or guardian should contact us on behalf of a younger player. Screenshots can help; remove personal information and do not include a child’s name, exact age, birthday, school, or location.
Support contact details will be added before the game’s public release.
Privacy choices
Adults who are eligible for advertising can turn ads off for the rest of the current session in Settings. Age answers cannot be changed or upgraded during a session. A fresh launch asks the neutral age question again. When available, AD PRIVACY lets eligible adults revisit Google’s advertising choices. Turning ads off does not erase data that has already been processed.
